We’re back in Donegal — this time exploring the stunning Inishowen Peninsula! Get ready for kayaking, surfing, hiking, and much more across County Donegal’s breathtaking landscapes. Donegal’s rugged scenery, rich Gaelic heritage, and vibrant local communities provide the perfect backdrop for blending work, culture, and adventure.

Due to popular demand, we’re returning for our second year in this beautiful region. Last year marked the first time the conference was held in Ireland’s Gaeltacht area, where the Irish language, music, and dance are alive and thriving. Attendees can once again enjoy traditional Irish language classes, drumming sessions, and céilí (dance) workshops — offering a deeply authentic cultural experience that enriches the nomadic journey.

Plus, there’s an optional trip to the Gaeltacht region for those wanting to dive even deeper into Ireland’s unique culture and language.
