ticket type via our official booking platform and complete payment.
Once payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email and receipt.
Accepted payment methods include credit card, PayPal, bank transfer,
Stripe, or other secure options available during checkout.

- Access to sessions, workshops, and festival activities (as per ticket type)
- Networking with attendees, speakers, and partners
- Any materials or benefits listed in your ticket description
Not Included
- Accommodation
- Meals and beverages (unless specified)
- Transport to/from the venue
- Travel or health insurance
- Optional add-on activities
- More than 60 days before the event: refunds available minus processing fees
- Within 60 days of the event: tickets are non-refundable
- Tickets are transferable up to 48 hours before the event
- Giveaway tickets are transferable only to another person
- Presale, Early Bird, and Special tickets are non-refundable
- Force majeure events will result in full refunds
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@nomadeire.com.
Refunds are processed via the original payment method only.
NomadÉire reserves the right to modify the program, schedule, speakers,
or venue if required. Significant changes will be communicated promptly.
NomadÉire is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage during the event,
except in cases of gross negligence. Attendees are advised to obtain
appropriate travel and health insurance.
All participants must act respectfully. Any disruptive, harmful, or illegal
behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund.
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any
