15:00–18:00 Opening Ceremony · Conference Opening Welcome, alignment, introductions and the ideas and people that set the tone for the week.
EVENING Opening Night Social & Networking Move to the evening pub for relaxed networking, games and conversations after the opening ceremony.

Tuesday is designed to open the experience gently: explore Kildare if you choose, check in from 14:00, meet the community, then officially open NomadÉire before moving into the evening social. The Content Creators Competition also kicks off on Tuesday, with networking games and activities helping people connect throughout the day.

12:00–13:00 Featured Panel or Workshop A focused shared session bringing the conference community together.
13:00–14:00 Lunch & Networking Time to connect, recharge and continue conversations, including fun and practical networking activities.
14:00+ Parallel Practical Workshops Hands-on sessions across both conference tracks, with AI options also running in parallel.
EVENING Evening Social · Quiz Quiz, networking games and informal conversations at the evening pub.

Wednesday is the main build-and-create day: practical learning, mentorship, participant-led conversations and workshops designed to move ideas and projects forward. AI sessions run in parallel with the wider conference programme, so attendees can choose the sessions most useful to them before joining the evening social.

Thursday is about taking the next step: strategy, growth, practical workshops and pitching, with the AI programme available in parallel. The Start-up Pitching Competition follows the workshop block before the closing ceremony, then everyone moves into the closing party and final evening social.
