NomadÉire Conference
1–3 September 2026 | MERITS, Naas, Co. Kildare
We've put together a range of accommodation options for conference attendees, including preferential rates with selected hotel partners, walkable hotels in Naas, Airbnb/self-catering options and accommodation in nearby towns.
Our recommendation: If convenience is your priority, stay in Naas, ideally within walking distance of MERITS. There are also good options in nearby towns if you have a car, are happy to use public transport or would like to share accommodation with other attendees.
Osprey is located directly in the Devoy Quarter, beside our conference venue, making it the most convenient hotel option for attendees.
NomadÉire preferential rates
These rates are available until Monday, 24 August 2026, subject to availability. Rooms are not being held, so we recommend booking as soon as possible.

Tip
Sallins is a good alternative, particularly if you are comfortable using public transport.
Newbridge provides additional hotel, guesthouse and self-catering options.
This can work particularly well if you have a car or are comfortable using local public transport.
View Newbridge accommodationMaynooth is a larger university town with a wider range of hotels, apartments and shared accommodation.
It also has public transport connections towards Naas.
View Maynooth accommodationTFI Route 139 connects:
Naas → Sallins → Clane → Maynooth → Leixlip → Blanchardstown
The service operates 7 days a week.
Our conference programme starts at 9am on Wednesday and Thursday, and some of our evening activities/socials finish later at night.
If you're staying outside Naas, please check the first and last available bus/train services for your particular accommodation before booking.
You may also want to consider sharing taxis with other attendees, arranging lifts with local attendees, or renting a car if staying further away.
Travelling alone? Looking to save money? Want to share an Airbnb, apartment or hotel room? You're not the only one!
We're opening the NomadÉire Conference Event App this week, where attendees can connect before the conference.
Want to share? Join the app and post in the accommodation/transport conversation so other attendees can connect with you.
Stay in Naas if you want to walk to MERITS and avoid relying on transport.
Useful if you want additional accommodation choices and access to bus/rail connections.
A good choice if you have a car or are comfortable using public transport.
More hotels, apartments and university-town accommodation, but you'll need to plan your transport to Naas.
💡 Our Top Tip
Book sooner rather than later. The conference is only weeks away
and accommodation availability can change quickly. If you find a
suitable hotel or Airbnb at a good rate, we recommend securing it
rather than waiting.
We're continuing to add accommodation partners and preferential
rates and will update this guide as further offers are confirmed.
