
NomadÉire Terms & Conditions
1. Booking and Payment

- To secure your place at the Digital Nomad Conference & Fest, select your ticket type via our official booking platform and pay the required amount.

- Once payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email and receipt.

- Accepted payment methods: credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, Stripe, or other secure options provided during checkout.
2. What’s Included in Your Ticket
Included:

- Access to conference sessions, workshops, and festival activities according to your ticket type.
-
- Networking opportunities with participants, speakers, and partners.
-
- Any activities, materials, or benefits listed in your ticket description.
Not included:
-
- Accommodation.
-
- Meals and beverages (unless specified for your ticket).

- Transport to/from the venue (unless specified).
-
- Travel or health insurance.
-
- Optional add-on activities not included in your ticket (unless specified).
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

- More than 60 days before the event: Refunds are available minus a processing fee (booking platform fees are non-refundable).

- Within 60 days of the event: Tickets are non-refundable.

- Ticket transfers: Purchased tickets are transferable—to yourself for the next NomadÉire event, or to another person for the same event—up to 48 hours before the event start date.

- Giveaway (won) tickets: Transferable only to another person for the same event, and cannot be transferred to future events.

- Special ticket types: Presale, Crazy Early Bird, and Conference Special tickets are non-refundable but transferable.

- Unforeseen circumstances: In cases such as government restrictions, public health emergencies, or other force majeure events, full refunds will be provided.

- Refund processing: Refunds are processed via the original payment method (Stripe, Eventbrite, credit card, or PayPal). No cash refunds are offered.

- All refund requests must be made in writing to info@nomadeire.com.
4. Event Changes

- NomadÉire reserves the right to adjust the program, schedule, speakers, or venue due to circumstances beyond our control.

- Significant changes will be communicated to participants as soon as possible.
5. Liability & Insurance

- NomadÉire is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages during the event, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

- We strongly recommend purchasing travel and health insurance, including event cancellation coverage.
6. Code of Conduct

- Participants must act respectfully toward other attendees, speakers, staff, and the local community.
- We reserve the right to remove anyone engaging in disruptive, harmful, or illegal behavior without a refund.
7. Acceptance of Terms

- By booking a ticket, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any additional guidelines provided by NomadÉire.

- We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time, with changes communicated to participants.
