Bring your skills, passion, and 25 hours of your time to help make the Fest a success — before, during, or after the event. We have a variety of roles to suit different interests and talents, including:
Event Preparation – assist with marketing campaigns, social media, and community outreach; help with ticketing, scheduling, and promotional materials.
On-Site Logistics & Operations – be part of our front-of-house team, manage check-ins, coordinate schedules, and support smooth operations.
Marketing & Content – create and share content, help with photography, videography, and live social updates.
Technical Support – AV and tech assistance for presentations, workshops, and live streams.
Speaker & Session Coordination – liaise with speakers, manage session timing, and ensure all materials are ready.
Activities Coordination – help organise cultural experiences, tours, and networking activities.
Volunteer Coordination – support and manage fellow volunteers to keep everything running smoothly.
Local Representative – be a friendly face for visitors, share local knowledge, and help guests connect with the area.
